Stunning Bohemian Beachs To Escape to This Summer

Stunning Bohemian Beachs To Escape to This Summer

Do you often find yourself dreaming of Tulum? Just this gorgeous bohemian paradise that you keep wanting to get lost in. Whether its hype, has it overly crowded, or you’ve just been too many times, you can’t help but find yourself wanting to feel that warm golden sand and cool Caribbean waters against your skin. It’s just way too lovely to ignore!

Unless! Is there another beautiful bohemian heaven you can escape to? Is there another golden and blue gem out there just waiting to be explored? If “where next” is a question you find yourself often asking, here are some dreamy bohemian beach getaways you can escape to this summer !

Isla Holbox is a lush and undiscovered island just 8 miles off the coast of the Yucatan Peninsula. From Cancun, you’d need to drive northwards for two hours to reach Chiquila, from where you get on a 20-minute ferry ride to reach this gorgeous destination.

But before you set off on your journey, note that this island is still largely untouched, with its shores popular for resident pelicans, flamingoes, and white sharks. You’ll find sandy roads, conveyance by bike or on foot, empty beaches, and oh, so far we’ve noticed only one ATM on the island.

Yes, we know Mykonos doesn’t precisely scream bohemian, but the atmosphere you get to experience perched high above the Aegean at the amazing San Giorgio hotel is all you need to change your mind. Once you step inside, all you’ll find are whitewashed walls, hand-woven rugs adorning pebble floors, and muslin-draped beds with breathtaking views of the sea.

Every nook and cranny of the hotel is fit for lounging – the hammocks fastened in quiet corners, the sea-view terraces in suites, the day beds scattered around the pool, with palm trees offering shade.

Only a few souls are brave enough to drive down Hawaii’s coastal highway that connects the island’s urban side with its rugged east side. Down Maui’s road to Hana, through one-lane bridges and hairpin turns, the unbridled natural beauty of untouched lands becomes your reward.

For a strong bohemian and carefree lifestyle, honeymooners and backpackers are known to venture to this part of the island where the only career seems to be bungalow-turned-Airbnb.

Now that you know there are many places to visit besides the overhyped, overcrowded Tulum, it’s time to pack those bags and head on out for a new adventure !
